Retail Sales Associate

RESTART is one of the leading cannabis businesses based in Austin, TX. They have retail shops located in North Austin, Cedar Park, as well as ship nationwide.

The role they are seeking is to fulfill a mix of retail and production associate. You will be responsible for selling products, educating customers on RESTART & cannabis in general, assisting in inventory counts, shipping, and potentially packing.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly advise customers are the benefits of Cannabis
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers: must be knowledgeable in Cannabis and willing to learn
• Enter and process customer orders via our sales system
• Be a team player & proactive. Small business requires all employees to help one another and be flexible with the day to day tasks!

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Passion for cannabis and eager to learn about the industry as a whole
• Passion for helping individuals
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to do basic math (counting cash, inventory counts, etc.)
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What we're looking for in a Part-Time position:

• Must be available 5 days a week
• Must be available for AM shifts (9:30am - 1pm)
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
• Go-getter attitude and eagerness to get tasks done
• Self-starter
• Works well on a team and communicates effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
