Our mission is to ensure seamless operations for our clients through top-notch service and support.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site repairs, installations, and surveys for our POS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in POS systems and be experienced in servicing businesses such as restaurants and grocery stores. This position requires extensive knowledge of network setups and configurations, as the technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' systems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct on-site repairs, installations, and maintenance of POS systems.</li><li>Perform site surveys to assess and prepare for installation requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot network issues, including setup and configuration.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients and RSI to coordinate service visits and provide updates.</li><li>Travel extensively within the North Carolina area, with occasional trips to South Carolina.</li><li>Use personal mobile phone for communication with clients and RSI (compensation provided).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience with POS systems, preferably in restaurants, grocery stores, or similar businesses.</li><li>Strong knowledge of network setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to travel extensively within the designated service areas.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>A competitive starting wage of $20/hr</li><li>Comprehensive training on our POS systems and services.</li><li>A service vehicle and gas card for all work-related travel.</li><li>A $60 monthly contribution towards the technician's phone plan.</li></ul>Join Our Team: If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for service and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.
