Job description:<ul><li>Our product is an electro mechanical device which is used in Textile industry - Circular knitting machines</li><li>Install , configure and maintain our product at our customer</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain service records and documentation</li><li>Above is a simple overview of Job description, will discuss more in detail later.</li></ul>Candidates requirement:<ul><li>Diploma or B.E in MECH/Mechatronics/ECE / EEE</li><li>Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome</li><li>Basic or Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical/electronics/electrical systems.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel for on-site installations and service support.</li><li>Prior experience in product installation or field service.</li><li>Basic knowledge of customer handling.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>fresher or experienced: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tamil (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
