Technical Service Engineer

Job description:

• Our product is an electro mechanical device which is used in Textile industry - Circular knitting machines
• Install , configure and maintain our product at our customer
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain service records and documentation

Candidates requirement:

• Diploma or B.E in MECH/Mechatronics/ECE / EEE
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Basic or Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical/electronics/electrical systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and service support.
• Prior experience in product installation or field service.
• Basic knowledge of customer handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
