About the RoleHS Custom Designs Inc. is seeking a highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to support commercial and residential construction projects and daily company operations.This role focuses on organization, documentation, communication, and project support within a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Organize and maintain project files, proposals</li><li>Support project documentation and follow-up tasks</li><li>Manage company phone line and respond to client emails professionally</li><li>Communicate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients</li><li>Coordinate Zoom meetings and internal communications</li><li>Provide administrative support to company owner</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>10 years experience in construction office or project support role</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Preparing invoices, proposals etc..</li></ul>Employment DetailsFull-time, in-office position (no remote). Salary: $23 -- $28 per hour (based on experience). Includes a 30-day probationary period.Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
