Overview</b></h2>
<p>
We are seeking a <b>Creative Agency Talent Advisor</b>-a former Creative Director, Agency Director, or equivalent leader-to act as a strategic bridge between our client, a leading creative agency, and our internal recruiting team.</p>
<p>
This is <b>not a traditional recruiting role</b>.</p>
<p>
Instead, you will bring firsthand agency experience to shape talent strategy, elevate candidate quality, and ensure alignment between hiring decisions and real-world creative excellence.</p>
<p>
You will serve as an embedded advisor and quality gatekeeper-helping define what &quot;great&quot; looks like, guiding recruiters, and ensuring every candidate meets the agency's standards, culture, and business needs.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Client Partnership &amp; Relationship Management</b></h3>
<ul><li>Build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship with the creative agency client</li>
<li>Develop deep understanding of:Creative processes and workflows</li>
<li>Team structure and capability gaps</li>
<li>Culture, pace, and expectations</li>
<li>Hiring philosophy and decision-making style</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between the client and recruiting team</li>
<li>Translate client feedback into actionable direction for recruiters</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Talent Strategy &amp; Role Calibration</b></h3>
<ul><li>Define success profiles for each role beyond the job description</li>
<li>Translate business needs into clear talent requirements</li>
<li>Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies aligned with agency expectations</li>
<li>Continuously refine candidate profiles based on evolving priorities</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Evaluation &amp; Pre-Screening</b></h3>
<ul><li>Conduct high-level screening conversations with top candidates</li>
<li>Evaluate candidates through a creative agency lens, including:Portfolio quality and creative thinking</li>
<li>Role-specific expertise (Design, Copy, Strategy, etc.)</li>
<li>Collaboration style and team fit</li>
<li>Client-facing communication skills</li>
<li>Serve as a quality filter to ensure only well-aligned candidates move forward</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Delivery Excellence</b></h3>
<ul><li>Elevate the quality and consistency of candidate submissions</li>
<li>Provide clear, structured candidate summaries and recommendations</li>
<li>Improve candidate experience through thoughtful engagement</li>
<li>Reduce noise by presenting only high-caliber, vetted talent</li>

<ul><li>Former Creative Director, Agency Director, or senior leadership role within a creative agency</li>
<li>Strong experience in agency environments (branding, advertising, digital, or integrated)</li>
<li>Proven experience building, hiring, or evaluating creative teams</li>

<ul><li>Ability to assess creative talent beyond resumes</li>
<li>Strong portfolio evaluation skills across disciplines</li>
<li>Deep understanding of agency roles, including:Design</li>

<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into hiring criteria</li>
