Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Sector 40 D, ChandigarhExperience: 2 &ndash; 3 yearsNote: Please review the job description carefully before applying. This role is open to candidates with 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.</li><li>Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.</li><li>Manage billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports and support audits (internal &amp; external).</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools.</li><li>Graduate in Commerce or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
