You won&rsquo;t just be posting to a feed; you will be toggle-switching between Music Distribution (working directly with artists) and Media Journalism (covering red carpets and breaking news).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Artist &amp; Label Relations: Work directly with recording artists across all genres and languages to capture and co-create social content for their releases.</li><li>Event Coverage: Attend concerts, festivals, and red carpets (including the GRAMMYs, Latin GRAMMYs, and Billboard Awards) to capture high-energy BTS footage and &quot;breaking news&quot; updates.</li><li>Content Strategy: Assist in scheduling and creating content for RYM Magazine&rsquo;s Instagram and TikTok, aligning with our editorial calendar and cover stories.</li><li>Graphic Design: Create professional-grade graphics for digital features and artist distribution assets.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Growth: Track and report on key metrics (reach, views, link taps) to replicate the success of our record-breaking 2025 campaigns.</li><li>News Analysis: Monitor industry trends to create &quot;breaking news&quot; content, analyzing stories within the music industry for our digital audience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Location: Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County to attend local events, red carpets, and studio sessions.</li><li>Social Fluency: Understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms/trends.</li><li>Creative Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut/InShot) and basic graphic design.</li><li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus given our diverse artist roster.</li><li>Professionalism: Ability to remain professional in high-pressure environments (backstage, VIP events, and award shows).</li><li>Equipment: Light, and Laptop/Desktop</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Full Access: We provide all necessary event credentials and cover parking costs.</li><li>Expense Coverage: Any pre-approved internship-related expenses are fully reimbursed.</li><li>Mentorship: Direct training from industry professionals in music distribution and digital journalism.</li><li>Career Growth: This 9-month program is designed to build a professional-grade portfolio, with the potential to transition into a paid full-time role.</li></ul>Job Type: InternshipApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can You Provide Previous Video, Photo, or GFX Editing Work?
