Position Summary: Join our growing dermatology team! We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Scribe who is compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We have an upcoming position one day in our Lehi location and 3 days in our Provo location. Essential Job Functions: As a Medical Assistant/Scribe, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our providers throughout the patient experience. Responsibilities include: &bull; Room patients, obtain medical histories, and accurately update electronic medical records (EMR). &bull; Assist providers during patient examinations and in-office procedures. &bull; Document provider notes and patient encounters accurately and efficiently as a medical scribe. &bull; Communicate laboratory, pathology, and biopsy results to patients under provider direction. &bull; Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms to ensure efficient patient care. &bull; Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and procedure trays. &bull; Create and manage clinical tasks while documenting patient communications in the EMR. &bull; Collaborate with providers and team members to foster a positive, patient-centered environment. 


Qualifications:
<ul><li>Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
</li></ul><ul><li>CPR certification required upon hire.</li></ul>

Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a respected practice as registered nurse. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications: Exhibits expertise in OB/GYN and has ability to guide patients through many changes in the delivery of healthcare. Can effectively manage triage lists while providing quality patient care in a customer friendly environment. Will work closely with Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, RN/LPN/MA and other members of the health care team. Actively fosters a strong medical team environment. Will act as a nursing consultant for all patient care issues in the medical office setting. Provides direct patient care and will follow up of all medical situations. Triage patient/provider/facility - phone calls, complete medication refills, perform various testing, give lab results, consults, reports, and provide medical records following HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines. Assess walk-in patients promptly. Prepare patients for exam and treatment &ndash; occasionally. Administer patient medications including IV therapy. Perform NST and in-house surgical procedures as needed. 


Hours: varies: Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-6 p.m. - employee will work 4 days/week</div>

RN-FT-OB/GYN-Women's Center-Pleasant Grove

Position Summary: We are looking for a person with attention to detail, who enjoys working with other people and communicates effectively. If you want to join a busy practice, and feel satisfaction by helping patients, we want you to join our team! Candidates should have prior medical experience, be familiar with technology and be comfortable with change. We will provide the necessary training and tools to be a successful team member. 


Essential Job Functions: Verifies patient information including medications and medical history. Taking patient vitals. Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient information confidential. Assists provider by triaging incoming phone messages, coordinating with provider, and calling patients with results. Transmits other information from provider to patient. Answers questions as appropriate. Administers injections under the direction of the provider. Submits prescriptions per provider instructions. Works with insurance companies to obtain preauthorization. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Keeps exam rooms clean and patient ready. Serves and protects the medical practice by adhering to clinic and professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements. Maintains CPR certification. Other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications: Completion of and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant, EMT or CNA program. CPR certification completed within 3 months of hiring. Ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, push and/or carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally is required. Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time. Demonstrate excellent computer, telephone and communication skills. Outstanding customer service, organization and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter, a team player, dependable, friendly and professional and be able to multi-task and work efficiently while remaining calm and productive. Previous medical experience preferred. 


Hours: Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. No evenings No weekends Paid Holidays. This is a full-time position year-round. Must be available to work entirety of schedule as outlined above.</div>
