Position Summary: Join our growing dermatology team! We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Scribe who is compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We have an upcoming position one day in our Lehi location and 3 days in our Provo location. Essential Job Functions: As a Medical Assistant/Scribe, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our providers throughout the patient experience. Responsibilities include: • Room patients, obtain medical histories, and accurately update electronic medical records (EMR). • Assist providers during patient examinations and in-office procedures. • Document provider notes and patient encounters accurately and efficiently as a medical scribe. • Communicate laboratory, pathology, and biopsy results to patients under provider direction. • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms to ensure efficient patient care. • Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and procedure trays. • Create and manage clinical tasks while documenting patient communications in the EMR. • Collaborate with providers and team members to foster a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• CPR certification required upon hire.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
