Description:We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands.This role will begin as primarily in-office (3&ndash;4 days per week) to support training, collaboration, and operational setup. Over time, there is potential for a hybrid schedule, including partial remote work, based on performance and business needs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update case file index and records system</li><li>Organize and manage physical and digital files</li><li>Coordinate and maintain office calendar and scheduling</li><li>Order and track office supplies</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Track client receivables, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up as needed</li><li>Track firm expenses and bills, ensuring timely processing and payment</li><li>Utilize Clio for case management, billing, document organization, and client records</li><li>Assist with full integration and consistent use of Clio across firm operations</li><li>Create and organize new case files</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior administrative or office experience preferred</li><li>Experience with Clio or similar legal/accounting software strongly preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>High attention to detail, especially with financial tracking</li><li>Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable/payable is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Part-time (initially 3&ndash;4 days per week, in-office)</li><li>Potential for hybrid/remote flexibility over time</li><li>Opportunity for full-time growth based on business demand</li><li>Compensation based on experience</li><li>Please note: This position does not currently include employer-provided benefits (e.g., health insurance or retirement plans)</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Parkland, FL 33067
