Role OverviewYou will be responsible for planning, running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other channels. Your main goal will be to generate quality leads and sales at a profitable cost.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and set up campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)</li><li>Run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) for lead generation and sales</li><li>Do keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis</li><li>Write ad copies, select creatives and suggest landing page improvements</li><li>Track and optimise CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA and ROAS</li><li>Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events)</li><li>Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points</li><li>Work closely with the management team to align campaigns with business goals</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on paid ads</li><li>Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (must)</li><li>Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console</li><li>Strong skills in lead generation and eCommerce / service-based campaigns</li><li>Ability to read numbers and take data-driven decisions</li><li>Good written and spoken English</li><li>Self-driven, responsible and comfortable working with targets &amp; deadlines</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms</li><li>Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation / CRO</li><li>Experience working with international clients</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,832.89 - &#8377;44,005.43 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
