Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other channels. Your main goal will be to generate quality leads and sales at a profitable cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and set up campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and sales
  • Do keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
  • Write ad copies, select creatives and suggest landing page improvements
  • Track and optimise CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA and ROAS
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events)
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points
  • Work closely with the management team to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on paid ads
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (must)
  • Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Strong skills in lead generation and eCommerce / service-based campaigns
  • Ability to read numbers and take data-driven decisions
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Self-driven, responsible and comfortable working with targets & deadlines

Good to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation / CRO
  • Experience working with international clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,832.89 - ₹44,005.43 per month
