Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other channels. Your main goal will be to generate quality leads and sales at a profitable cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and set up campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and sales
- Do keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
- Write ad copies, select creatives and suggest landing page improvements
- Track and optimise CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA and ROAS
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events)
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points
- Work closely with the management team to align campaigns with business goals
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on paid ads
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (must)
- Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
- Strong skills in lead generation and eCommerce / service-based campaigns
- Ability to read numbers and take data-driven decisions
- Good written and spoken English
- Self-driven, responsible and comfortable working with targets & deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation / CRO
- Experience working with international clients

Pay: ₹20,832.89 - ₹44,005.43 per month
