Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist

We are a leading Builder and Developer in Karachi and looking for a Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist who can run and manage Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads) for our real estate projects.

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist (Meta + Google)

Job Description:

This is a technical, performance-based role to focus on generating quality leads using ads, funnels, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Run Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads

· Run Google Search Ads

· Set up retargeting ads

· Manage Pixel, tracking & events

· Create simple landing pages for projects

· Improve lead quality & reduce lead cost

· Prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements:

· 2–3 years’ experience in Meta & Google Ads

· Strong understanding of lead generation

· Can manage budgets & optimize campaigns

· Real estate experience is a plus
