Familiarity with billing codes, psychological evaluation, and diagnosis.</li><li>Experience using technology and performance/outcome measures to assess effectiveness, foster accountability, and promote continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form collaborative relationships with members of a diverse health professions team. Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics; ability to collaborate with and guide the efforts of interns, professional colleagues, and affiliates.</li><li>Experience with CBT, ACT, MI, and mindfulness. Knowledge and experience with disordered eating preferred but not required</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Part-time (10-15 patient encounters/week) and full-time (20-25 patient encounters/week) positions available.</li><li>Our ideal candidate would start with a part-time position and transition to full-time if desired.</li><li>Company hours are Mon-Fri, 7AM-7PM</li><li>Patient sessions are conducted remotely via secured and encrypted telehealth services. Work from the comfort of your home!</li></ul>RequiredEducation<ul><li>Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois</li></ul>OR<ul><li>Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li>Behavioral Health Therapy in a patient-focused setting: 2 years (minimum)</li><li>Proven experience working with adults in behavioral health or special education settings. Experience working with children and adolescence preferred but not required.</li><li>Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and vital signs monitoring.</li><li>Background in social work or related fields emphasizing patient care and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.</li></ul>Salary/Hourly rate$60-$65 per patient encounter (dependent on experience).Please send a cover letter, a resume, list of professional experience, and contact information for three professional references (please include phone numbers and email addresses).
