Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are looking for a remote Licensed Clinical Psychologist and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for multiple locations in the Chicagoland area to join our team. Qualifications

• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
• Clinical experience as an individual therapist. Familiarity with billing codes, psychological evaluation, and diagnosis.
• Experience using technology and performance/outcome measures to assess effectiveness, foster accountability, and promote continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form collaborative relationships with members of a diverse health professions team. Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics; ability to collaborate with and guide the efforts of interns, professional colleagues, and affiliates.
• Experience with CBT, ACT, MI, and mindfulness. Knowledge and experience with disordered eating preferred but not required

Job Type

• Part-time (10-15 patient encounters/week) and full-time (20-25 patient encounters/week) positions available.
• Our ideal candidate would start with a part-time position and transition to full-time if desired.
• Company hours are Mon-Fri, 7AM-7PM
• Patient sessions are conducted remotely via secured and encrypted telehealth services. Work from the comfort of your home!

RequiredEducation

• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois

OR

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois

Required Experience

• Behavioral Health Therapy in a patient-focused setting: 2 years (minimum)
• Proven experience working with adults in behavioral health or special education settings. Experience working with children and adolescence preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and vital signs monitoring.
• Background in social work or related fields emphasizing patient care and behavior management strategies.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.

Salary/Hourly rate

$60-$65 per patient encounter (dependent on experience).
