Position OverviewThe Marketing &amp; Creative Coordinator will be responsible for managing revolv&rsquo;s brand presence, creating high-quality visual content, and helping implement marketing systems for our agents and listings. This is a hands-on creative role that blends design, content creation, and digital marketing strategy. You&rsquo;ll work directly with leadership to execute campaigns, design materials, schedule posts, and help build lead generation systems that grow our online presence and support our agents&rsquo; success.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create branded marketing materials for agents, listings, events, and community initiatives (flyers, social posts, ads, signage, etc.)</li><li>Manage revolv&rsquo;s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) &mdash; including content planning, caption writing, scheduling, and engagement tracking</li><li>Implement and maintain marketing request systems to ensure agent materials are delivered accurately and on time</li><li>Develop and monitor lead-generation campaigns (landing pages, Facebook/Instagram ads, email marketing)</li><li>Manage website updates and collaborate on SEO and analytics strategies</li><li>Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights</li><li>Support office events and initiatives with creative materials and promotional strategies</li><li>Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of marketing, design, or social media experience (real estate experience a plus)</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)</li><li>Meta Business Suite and ad creation</li><li>Mailchimp or Constant Contact</li><li>Google Analytics</li><li>WordPress or Wix</li><li>Microsoft Teams</li><li>Strong creative eye for design, photography, and video content</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Confident self-starter who can balance structure with creativity</li><li>Collaborative, community-oriented mindset with a passion for local real estate</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>Full-time, in-office position</li><li>Monday to Friday, 9 AM &ndash; 5 PM</li><li>Somerset, MA office</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for growth as the company expands</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
