Position Overview

The Marketing & Creative Coordinator will be responsible for managing revolv’s brand presence, creating high-quality visual content, and helping implement marketing systems for our agents and listings. This is a hands-on creative role that blends design, content creation, and digital marketing strategy.
You’ll work directly with leadership to execute campaigns, design materials, schedule posts, and help build lead generation systems that grow our online presence and support our agents’ success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create branded marketing materials for agents, listings, events, and community initiatives (flyers, social posts, ads, signage, etc.)
  • Manage revolv’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) — including content planning, caption writing, scheduling, and engagement tracking
  • Implement and maintain marketing request systems to ensure agent materials are delivered accurately and on time
  • Develop and monitor lead-generation campaigns (landing pages, Facebook/Instagram ads, email marketing)
  • Manage website updates and collaborate on SEO and analytics strategies
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights
  • Support office events and initiatives with creative materials and promotional strategies
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing, design, or social media experience (real estate experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in:
  • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
  • Meta Business Suite and ad creation
  • Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Google Analytics
  • WordPress or Wix
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Strong creative eye for design, photography, and video content
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Confident self-starter who can balance structure with creativity
  • Collaborative, community-oriented mindset with a passion for local real estate

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Somerset, MA office

Compensation

  • Pay based on experience
  • Opportunity for growth as the company expands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
