Dubai real estate market who are passionate about sales, leasing, and closing high-value transactions.We are currently hiring across three specialized divisions:1. Off-Plan Sales (Residential &amp; Commercial)2. Secondary Sales (Residential &amp; Commercial)3. Leasing (Residential &amp; Commercial)This full-time opportunity offers a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure, ideal for professionals with experience in the Dubai real estate market who are passionate about sales, leasing, and closing high-value transactions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow property listings across assigned portfolios (Off-Plan, Secondary, or Leasing)</li><li>Source new landlords, sellers, and developers to expand company inventory</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors</li><li>Advertise and manage listings on leading portals such as Property Finder and Bayut</li><li>Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and project presentations</li><li>Negotiate leasing, resale, and off-plan transactions professionally</li><li>Follow up with qualified leads and convert enquiries into successful deals</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and community pricing in Dubai</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in Dubai real estate is preferred</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with property listing portals</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset</li><li>UAE driving license is an advantage</li><li>Currently based in Dubai is preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Fixed salary + attractive commission structure</li><li>High-quality company-generated leads</li><li>Full portal access and marketing support</li><li>Premium and exclusive inventory</li><li>Clear career growth and progression opportunities</li><li>Professional and supportive team environment</li></ul>Pay: From AED5.00 per dayWork Location: In person
