Revox Realty L.L.C is expanding and seeking motivated, results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

This is a full-time opportunity for experienced candidates with fixed salary + attractive commission.

Freshers are also welcome to apply on a commission-based structure, with full training and support provided. Dubai real estate market who are passionate about sales, leasing, and closing high-value transactions.

We are currently hiring across three specialized divisions:

1. Off-Plan Sales (Residential & Commercial)

2. Secondary Sales (Residential & Commercial)

3. Leasing (Residential & Commercial)

This full-time opportunity offers a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure, ideal for professionals with experience in the Dubai real estate market who are passionate about sales, leasing, and closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow property listings across assigned portfolios (Off-Plan, Secondary, or Leasing)
• Source new landlords, sellers, and developers to expand company inventory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors
• Advertise and manage listings on leading portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and project presentations
• Negotiate leasing, resale, and off-plan transactions professionally
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert enquiries into successful deals
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and community pricing in Dubai

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with property listing portals
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Currently based in Dubai is preferred
