The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and ready to contribute innovative solutions that enhance data accessibility and operational efficiency for upcoming summer initiatives.Duties<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to serve as a centralized database for the company</li><li>Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize key data insights and project progress</li><li>Develop automated data entry forms and validation processes within spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency</li><li>Organize large datasets with filters, pivot tables, and charts for easy analysis and reporting</li><li>Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional spreadsheet models</li><li>Incorporate technical features such as macros, formulas, and conditional formatting to optimize data handling</li><li>Ensure all documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible for team use throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in advanced Excel functions including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques</li><li>Strong proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations with embedded charts and data summaries</li><li>Familiarity with database management principles and data organization best practices</li><li>Excellent technical writing skills for clear documentation of processes and procedures</li></ul>This role provides an engaging environment where your technical skills will directly impact the success of clients and projects.
