Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Excel PowerPoint Spreadsheet Specialist to develop a comprehensive database tailored to the company's needs and business. Duties

• Design, build, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to serve as a centralized database for the company
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize key data insights and project progress
• Develop automated data entry forms and validation processes within spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Organize large datasets with filters, pivot tables, and charts for easy analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional spreadsheet models
• Incorporate technical features such as macros, formulas, and conditional formatting to optimize data handling
• Ensure all documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible for team use throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Proven experience in advanced Excel functions including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques
• Strong proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations with embedded charts and data summaries
• Familiarity with database management principles and data organization best practices
• Excellent technical writing skills for clear documentation of processes and procedures

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
