Hybrid work.The Big PictureWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to be the &quot;glue&quot; that holds our workspace together. You&rsquo;ll be the primary point of contact for everyone contacting our office and the go-to person for keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine. If you love creating order out of chaos and helping people, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Front Desk &amp; Communication: Greet guests, answer incoming calls, and manage general email inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Facilities Management: Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and functional. This includes ordering snacks/supplies and coordinating with building maintenance or vendors.</li><li>Administrative Support: Assist leadership with scheduling, and preparing documents or presentations.</li><li>Financial Tasks: Manage basic bookkeeping, process expense reports, and track office budgets.</li><li>Event Coordination: Help plan internal team events, lunches, and holiday parties.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.</li><li>Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Quickbooks, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).</li><li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>The &quot;X-Factor&quot;: A &quot;no task is too small&quot; attitude and the ability to pivot when priorities change suddenly.</li></ul>Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Chester, PA 19382
