Office Administrator

Location: West Chester, PA

Job Type: Part-time 32 hours per week (flexible between 7am - 6pm)

Compensation: $25 per hour.

Benefits: 1 week PTO after 3 Months. Hybrid work.

The Big Picture

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to be the "glue" that holds our workspace together. You’ll be the primary point of contact for everyone contacting our office and the go-to person for keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine. If you love creating order out of chaos and helping people, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Communication: Greet guests, answer incoming calls, and manage general email inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and functional. This includes ordering snacks/supplies and coordinating with building maintenance or vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Assist leadership with scheduling, and preparing documents or presentations.
  • Financial Tasks: Manage basic bookkeeping, process expense reports, and track office budgets.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan internal team events, lunches, and holiday parties.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Quickbooks, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The "X-Factor": A "no task is too small" attitude and the ability to pivot when priorities change suddenly.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
