The RoleRF Code is seeking a Strategic Account Executiveto serve as a high-level advisor to the world&rsquo;s largest enterprise data center operators, hyperscalers, NeoClouds, GenAI, and colocation providers. RF Code will not sponsor applicants for work visas.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Systemic Diagnosis &amp; Discovery: Lead high-level discovery sessions with buying stakeholders, including executives, to identify growth barriers, operational inefficiencies, and systemic risks within their global data center footprint.</li><li>Buying Tribe Navigation: Proactively map and navigate the &quot;buying tribe&quot; within enterprise organizations, building consensus and relationships across Data Center Operations, Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Finance, and Procurement to drive enterprise-wide adoption.</li><li>Financial &amp; ROI Modeling: Act as a strategic advisor to clients by building compelling ROI models that justify technology adoption through reduced risk and improved operational efficiency.</li><li>Operational Partnership: Act as an extension of the client&rsquo;s team, auditing internal workflows to identify where manual processes or lack of visibility are costing the business.</li><li>Strategic Account Orchestration: Formulate and execute multi-year business plans for Key Enterprise Accounts, moving beyond transactional sales to long-term operational integration.</li><li>Implementation Strategy: Partner with client leadership to drive specific implementation strategies, ensuring that RF Code&rsquo;s telemetry data is effectively integrated into their existing business processes to maximize realized ROI.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Profile<ul><li>The &quot;Consultant&quot; DNA: 5+ years of enterprise technology sales with a track record of acting as a Subject Matter Expert rather than a generalist.</li><li>C-Suite Fluency: Proven ability to engage, challenge, and influence leaders at the Director, VP, and C-Suite levels.</li><li>Data Center Expertise: Deep familiarity with the data center ecosystem (hyperscale, colo, NeoCloud, GenAI, enterprise) and the specific challenges of high-density compute/AI infrastructure.</li><li>Complex Consensus Building: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles where &quot;buying consensus&quot; is the primary hurdle.</li><li>Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in building data-driven business cases and complex financial models to support enterprise-wide investments.</li><li>Proven Sales Performance: History of meeting quota by managing the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution</li><li>Values Being Present: Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Direct experience in Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), environmental monitoring, or power/cooling optimization.</li><li>Experience with Challenger Sale or Consultative Selling methodologies.</li><li>Background in operational auditing or business process improvement within high-tech environments.</li><li>Existing relationships with leadership teams at major hyperscalers and/or global financial institutions.</li><li>Success collaborating with channel and strategic partners</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>enterprise technology sales: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
