Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Custodian.RGV College is in search of the ideal team player to join our organization.General Statement of JobThe Custodian performs a wide variety of custodial duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment.Specific Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine and comprehensive custodial maintenance of assigned facilities.</li><li>Secure and unlock facilities.</li><li>Clean and disinfect all campus facilities (restrooms, offices, classrooms, labs and hallways ); stock facilities with paper and supplies.</li><li>Vacuum and spot clean carpets and furniture; sweep and mops floors.</li><li>Clean marker boards, desktops, windows, doors and walls.</li><li>Collect and remove trash in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Report and respond to emergency calls for custodial assistance; reports security and maintenance concerns.</li><li>Identify stains and uses proper chemicals for removal.</li><li>Adhere to safety and health regulations.</li><li>Maintain inventory and submit written requests for supplies; tests and evaluates new supplies and equipment.</li><li>Move and assemble furniture.</li><li>Set up for special events, as directed by supervisor(s).</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>The above job description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Pharr, TX 78577 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Pharr, TX 78577: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Call Center Representative.Function: The role of a Call Center Agent is to answer incoming calls from the general public to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.</li><li>Provide accurate and complete information to customers' inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve first-call resolution.</li><li>Resolve customer issues by finding appropriate solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary.</li><li>Meet performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality assurance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training sessions and coaching programs to improve performance and enhance skills.</li><li>Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies to ensure customer privacy and information security.</li></ul>Key Competencies and Skills:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li><li>Problem analysis and solving skills.</li><li>Highly organized and attention to detail.</li><li>Customer service oriented.</li><li>Listening skills a must.</li><li>Bilingual.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Proficient in relevant computer applications.</li><li>Some experience in a call center or customer service environment is beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.</li><li>Good data entry and typing skills.</li><li>Strong active listening abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Call center: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
