Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Accounting Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in one of the accounting areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Reconciliations, Inventory, etc., some knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Office Excel, and a proactive attitude to ensure the smooth running of our office.Duties<ul><li>Maintain accounting records in QuickBook to maintain accurate and timely information.</li><li>File documentation to keep records organized.</li><li>Use Microsoft Office Excel to create spreadsheets and presentations.</li><li>Support accounting tasks as needed.</li><li>Maintain office supply inventory and assist with administrative tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency.</li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Bilingual.</li><li>knowledge of QuickBooks Online</li><li>Office Excel, Word.</li><li>Experience in one of the accounting areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Reconciliations, Inventory, etc.</li><li>Skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>We invite qualified candidates who are eager to contribute to our dynamic team while developing their administrative skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>QuickBook: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Ingles - Espa&ntilde;ol (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
