Accounting Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Accounting Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in one of the accounting areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Reconciliations, Inventory, etc., some knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Office Excel, and a proactive attitude to ensure the smooth running of our office.

Duties

  • Maintain accounting records in QuickBook to maintain accurate and timely information.
  • File documentation to keep records organized.
  • Use Microsoft Office Excel to create spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Support accounting tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency.

Skills

  • Bilingual.
  • knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Office Excel, Word.
  • Experience in one of the accounting areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Reconciliations, Inventory, etc.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
