<div><div>The <b>Vice President, Sales, and Marketing &ndash; US Commercial Water </b>is responsible for strategically driving targeted revenue growth, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key partners within the Commercial Water market. In this newly created senior leadership position, you will have a unique opportunity to build, shape and impact people and business strategy within Commercial Water and throughout the broader organization. This role requires an innovative thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the home appliances or the Water Heating/HVAC industry.<br>
</div><div></div><div><b>This position will serve Rheem's US Commercial Water Business located in Oxnard, California. The ideal candidate is located within proximity to major metro market. This role will report to the VP/GM for the Pool and US Commercial Water business </b>.<br>
</div><div></div><div><b>Travel </b>is estimated at 75%, primarily domestic, heavy during initial onboarding to build key relationships.<br>

<br><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on commercial sales in the home appliances or Water Heating/HVAC industry.
</p></li><li><p>Master&rsquo;s in Business Administration
</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
</p></li><li><p>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
