Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Saute Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. The position will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to menu specifications while adhering to food safety guidelines. Must be able to create and carry out nightly specials as well as being qualified in fresh seafood and meats. Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights are required and this is a full time position.
