<div>Now Hiring: Project Assistant &ndash; Fixtures &amp; Merchandising
Ready to break into (or grow within) retail project management? We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-driven Project Assistant to support one or more Project Coordinators in executing large-scale fixture &amp; merchandising rollouts.
This role is perfect for someone highly organized, proactive, and excited to keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
? What You&rsquo;ll Do:
Support Project Coordinators with daily reporting &amp; documentation 
<ul><li>
</li>
Track budgets, expenses, and update project management systems 
<li>
</li>
Help coordinate staffing (W2 &amp; 1099), maintain contractor records &amp; signed agreements 
<li>
</li>
Assist with travel booking, vendor coordination &amp; field communications 
<li>
</li>
Maintain Google Sheets trackers for staffing, payables &amp; project progress 
<li>
</li><li>
Serve as a support contact for field teams as needed</li></ul> 
What You Bring:
1&ndash;2+ years of coordination, admin, or retail merchandising experience 
<ul><li>
</li>
Strong organization &amp; time management skills 
<li>
</li>
Comfort managing multiple deadlines 
<li>
</li>
Experience with spreadsheets &amp; project management tools 
<li>
</li><li>
Excellent communication and follow-through</li><li>
Additional requirements:
<ul><li>Reliable high speed internet</li>
Schedule flexibility to accommodate weekends and evenings as determined by the needs of the business 
<li>
 
 
</li></ul></li></ul>95% Remote | ?? Limited travel (2&ndash;3 trips per year possible)
