You'll help manage daily operations, improve the customer experience, coordinate projects, and support the continued growth of our company.Responsibilities <ul><li>Answer incoming customer calls</li><li>Respond to emails and text messages</li><li>Schedule free estimates</li><li>Confirm appointments</li><li>Keep customers updated throughout their project</li><li>Manage warranty and service requests</li><li>Follow up with customers after project completion</li><li>Request customer reviews</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Operations<ul><li>Coordinate production schedules</li><li>Manage crew calendars</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors</li><li>Monitor weather-related scheduling adjustments</li><li>Assist with material ordering</li><li>Track equipment maintenance schedules</li></ul>Sales Support<ul><li>Follow up with unsold estimates</li><li>Maintain customer records in our CRM</li><li>Assist our sales team with scheduling</li><li>Track proposal activity</li><li>Help improve appointment set rates</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Organize project files</li><li>Upload job documentation</li><li>Maintain digital records</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping preparation</li><li>Organize receipts and invoices</li><li>Assist with payroll documentation</li><li>Coordinate office systems</li></ul>Marketing Support<ul><li>Create Facebook and Instagram posts</li><li>Upload before-and-after project photos</li><li>Assist with email campaigns</li><li>Help maintain our online presence</li></ul>QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Highly organized</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Excellent with customers</li><li>Strong communicator</li><li>Detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable working independently</li><li>Able to prioritize multiple tasks</li><li>Technology proficient</li></ul>Experience with CRM software, scheduling software, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems is preferred.Construction, home service, or contracting industry experience is a plus but not required.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you'll help:<ul><li>Improve customer communication</li><li>Increase appointment set rates</li><li>Reduce response times</li><li>Organize warranty requests</li><li>Improve scheduling efficiency</li><li>Support multiple production crews</li><li>Help build scalable business systems</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$45,000&ndash;$60,000 annually (based on experience)</li><li>Performance bonuses available</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Flexible hybrid schedule</li><li>Long-term career growth with a rapidly expanding company</li></ul>Why Join Rich Crete Coatings?We're building more than a concrete coatings company&mdash;we're building one of Central Florida's premier specialty concrete contractors.
