We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled, experienced Landscape Pesticide Applicator to join our team and ensure safe, effective application of pesticides and herbicides across commercial and residential properties throughout King County. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and knowledge of integrated pest management techniques.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments according to label instructions and regulatory requirements</li><li>Inspect properties for pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments</li><li>Maintain accurate application records and comply with state and federal regulations</li><li>Operate and maintain spray equipment and tools safely</li><li>Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding treatment plans and safety precautions</li><li>Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid Washington State Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in pesticide application or related field</li><li>Knowledge of integrated pest management and safety protocols</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a nice-to-have</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>If you don&rsquo;t meet every requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply. This role is responsible for overall design quality, constructability, and alignment with project goals, including schedule and budget.
