We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented General Services Assistant to join our busy law firm in Wilmington. This is a hands‑on, client‑service focused role supporting copy/print, mail, facilities, records and administrative functions across the firm.Schedule and work environment<ul><li>Hours: Full-time, 10:30 a.m. &ndash; 7:00 p.m., Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>100% on‑site, essential position</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform copy/print work, including large jobs and binder production</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot copiers and multi‑functional printers, escalating service issues as needed</li><li>Process all outgoing and incoming mail and packages, including FedEx and internal firm mail</li><li>Assist with daily facilities and office maintenance tasks as requested</li><li>Provide support to the Records Department and other administrative areas as needed</li><li>Use Outlook, Word, Excel, and other firm systems to complete daily work</li><li>Safely lift and move boxes or supplies (up to 25 pounds) and remain on your feet for extended periods</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience with copy/print work and scanner equipment preferred</li><li>Experience in a professional office environment preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel, and general computer proficiency</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills, with a cooperative, team‑oriented approach</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $35,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Office: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Wilmington, DE 19801 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
