ICX (Intercontinental Commodity Exchange) is building the leading visibility and marketing platform for the global commodity industry through premium video content, executive interviews, podcasts, and industry storytelling.RoleWe are looking for a creative and experienced Video Content Producer to lead the production of high-quality video content featuring CEOs, senior executives, and industry leaders. You will be responsible for the entire production process&mdash;from filming to editing&mdash;creating engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, film, and edit professional interviews, podcasts, and branded content.</li><li>Produce short-form and long-form videos for digital and social media.</li><li>Capture high-quality footage, lighting, and audio.</li><li>Create engaging edits with graphics, subtitles, and motion elements.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that strengthens our partners' visibility and thought leadership.</li><li>Organize and manage video assets and production schedules.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in video production and editing.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing interview, podcast, or corporate video content.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.</li><li>Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).</li><li>Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience producing B2B or executive content.</li><li>Photography and drone skills are a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel for events and company visits.</li></ul>If you're passionate about creating impactful visual stories and want to help shape the voice of a global industry, we'd love to hear from you.Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
