ICX (Intercontinental Commodity Exchange) is building the leading visibility and marketing platform for the global commodity industry through premium video content, executive interviews, podcasts, and industry storytelling.

Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Content Producer to lead the production of high-quality video content featuring CEOs, senior executives, and industry leaders. You will be responsible for the entire production process—from filming to editing—creating engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit professional interviews, podcasts, and branded content.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos for digital and social media.
• Capture high-quality footage, lighting, and audio.
• Create engaging edits with graphics, subtitles, and motion elements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that strengthens our partners' visibility and thought leadership.
• Organize and manage video assets and production schedules.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interview, podcast, or corporate video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred

• Experience producing B2B or executive content.
• Photography and drone skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events and company visits.
