We are a fast-growing, full-impact creative agency in Dubai. We bridge the gap between high-end, classic visual craftsmanship and fast-paced, new-age digital execution. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can shoot beautifully and edit sharply to create content that cuts through the noise.

What You’ll Do

• The Shoot: Handle end-to-end video production, from setting up lighting and audio to directing and filming high-quality content (social media ads, brand films, documentaries, and creative campaigns).
• The Cut: Take raw footage and turn it into engaging, high-energy videos with sharp pacing, sound design, color grading, and basic motion graphics/visual effects.
• The Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team, copywriters, and art directors to bring conceptual briefs to life.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with fast-moving visual trends, formats, and transitions, especially for digital and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

What We Are Looking For

• The Hybrid Edge: You can confidently hold a camera and master the editing suite. You know how to shoot with the final edit already in mind.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient with professional cameras, lighting setups, and industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut).
• Speed & Quality: Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines without sacrificing the creative finish.
• Dubai-Based: Currently residing in or willing to work full-time from our Dubai setup.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
