We’re Hiring: Videographer & Content Creator

Our client, a dynamic advertising agency, is on the lookout for a creative Videographer & Content Creator to bring stories to life through powerful visuals and content.

What you’ll do:
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for advertising campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content

Capture brand essence and deliver storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences
Stay ahead of video trends, formats, and editing techniques relevant to the advertising world

What we’re looking for:

• Native Arabic speaker (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.
• Age between 25-35 max
• Based in Sharjah or familiar with Sharjah locations and hidden gems.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Own car is highly preferred.
• Strong editing skills using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Ability to edit in different styles including cinematic, social-first, tourism, lifestyle, luxury, and trend-driven content.
• Ability to deliver quick turnaround edits for social media coverage while maintaining strong storytelling and visual quality.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in videography and content creation within the UAE.
• Previous experience working with government entities, tourism boards, hospitality brands, or destination marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shooting Reels, TikTok, Instagram, and social media content.
• Excellent understanding of cinematic shots, transitions, storytelling, and trending content styles.
• Ability to work independently during shoots and handle fast-paced production environments.
• Experience covering events, activations, lifestyle shoots, interviews, and destination content.
• Familiar with UAE production workflow, permits, public shooting regulations, and on-ground coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah destinations, culture, tourism attractions, beaches, heritage areas, and lifestyle spots.
• Flexible with working hours, especially during events, campaigns, and weekends.
• Skilled in operating professional cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment.
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Ability to deliver quick turnaround edits for social media coverage.
• Good eye for framing, lighting, color grading, and content aesthetics.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional communication skills

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Drone license or drone operation experience.
• Photography skills.
• Experience in tourism campaigns and destination storytelling.
• Ability to suggest creative content ideas and trends proactively.
• Experience working with influencers and social media coverage teams.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video and social media content for tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, and government campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and digital platforms.
• Cover events, activations, destination experiences, and campaign shoots.
• Edit and deliver content within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams during shoots.
• Support in developing creative ideas, shot lists, and social media concepts.
