The ideal candidate will have 2&ndash;3 years of front desk or medical office experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for marketing and social media. This role blends patient care coordination with creative marketing support to help grow and promote our brand.ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties:<ul><li>Greet and check in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Answer and manage a multi-line phone system and respond to patient inquiries</li><li>Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage provider calendars</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility, determine copays, and process payments</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system</li><li>Sell and upsell aesthetic and wellness products and services</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Social Media Duties:<ul><li>Assist with creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Capture and edit photos/videos of treatments, products, and events</li><li>Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence</li><li>Support marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotions</li><li>Track and report social media performance metrics</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of front desk or medical office experience (required)</li><li>Experience in marketing, social media management, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills</li><li>Knowledge of EMR systems and insurance verification a plus</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and branding</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for patient care</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Employee discounts on wellness and aesthetic services</li><li>Supportive, collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development in both patient care and marketing</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time, Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-noon</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
