Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of front desk or medical office experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for marketing and social media. This role blends patient care coordination with creative marketing support to help grow and promote our brand.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and check in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage provider calendars
• Verify insurance eligibility, determine copays, and process payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system
• Sell and upsell aesthetic and wellness products and services

Marketing & Social Media Duties:

• Assist with creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Capture and edit photos/videos of treatments, products, and events
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence
• Support marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotions
• Track and report social media performance metrics
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front desk or medical office experience (required)
• Experience in marketing, social media management, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of EMR systems and insurance verification a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and branding
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for patient care

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-noon

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
