Job Role: Trade Marketing Manager Company Website - www.richfeelnaturals.comKey Responsibilities1. Trade Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop annual and periodic trade marketing plans aligned with overall business and brand objectives.</li><li>Plan promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and trade investment frameworks across channels.</li><li>Build and manage joint business plans with key accounts such as modern trade partners, salons, and beauty retailers.</li><li>Support new product launches and category expansion through structured trade plans.</li></ul>2. Channel &amp; Shopper Execution<ul><li>Ensure effective execution of in-store activations, POSM deployment, displays, sampling programs, and demonstrations.</li><li>Drive adherence to planograms and brand visibility standards across priority outlets.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and field teams for timely and quality execution.</li><li>Monitor on-ground execution and suggest improvements where required.</li></ul>3. Sales Performance &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Work closely with the Sales team to track sell-in and sell-out performance against plans.</li><li>Monitor SKU-wise and category-wise performance to identify opportunities or corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare and share periodic reports on retailer, channel, and campaign performance.</li><li>Support sales teams with insights and recommendations to improve performance.</li></ul>4. Promotional Calendar &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Plan and manage trade promotions including seasonal, festive, and new-launch campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.</li><li>Track promotion effectiveness and support data-driven improvements.</li><li>Manage and control promotional budgets in line with approved plans.</li></ul>5. Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Digital, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution.</li><li>Enable internal teams, distributors, and partners through training and communication on trade programs.</li><li>Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability during promotions and campaigns.</li><li>Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams.</li></ul>6. Market, Competitor &amp; Shopper Insights<ul><li>Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market movements.</li><li>Analyse shopper behaviour and channel trends to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Provide actionable insights to refine trade strategies and execution approaches.</li><li>Support management with market intelligence and improvement recommendations.</li></ul>Candidate ProfileEducation<ul><li>MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, or related consumer-driven industries.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of trade and distribution channels (GT, MT, salons, e-commerce).</li><li>Experience in trade planning, activation, and execution.</li><li>Strong analytical and Excel skills.</li><li>Ability to interpret sales and market data for decision-making.</li><li>Good negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong execution orientation and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and presentation abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your Excpected CTC?</li><li>Where do you stay in Mumbai?</li><li>Years of experience as a Trade Marketing Manager/Executive?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Role : Sr. Accountant &ndash; Preferred from the FMCG FieldCompany Website - www.richfeelnaturals.comBilling &amp; Invoicing Management<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely billing to distributors, modern trade, and key accounts.</li><li>Validate pricing, schemes, discounts, and tax applicability before invoice generation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales and Logistics to resolve billing discrepancies.</li><li>Co-ordinate with Factory / Super stockist for closing stock &amp; to check goods near to expiry goods</li><li>Process credit notes for schemes, returns, damages, rate differences, and claims</li><li>Knowledge of Ecom Business will be additional advantage</li></ul>Scheme &amp; discount trackingChannel wise performance &ndash; Ecom / FMCG &ndash; P &amp; LMIS / Analysis with available Data.
