Overview Join our dynamic team as a Social Services Director and lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive social service programs that empower individuals with disabilities. In this vital role, you will oversee a dedicated team, foster meaningful relationships with residents and community partners, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Your leadership will drive program excellence, promote behavioral health initiatives, and uphold the organization&rsquo;s mission to enhance lives through compassionate support.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and oversee innovative social service programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.</li><li>Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and effective team.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, community agencies, and healthcare providers to facilitate coordinated care.</li><li>Oversee program compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and funding requirements.</li><li>Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize service delivery.</li><li>Lead behavioral health initiatives by implementing evidence-based practices that promote positive outcomes for residents.</li><li>Supervise case management activities, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and regularly reviewed.</li><li>Coordinate staff scheduling, administrative tasks, and documentation to streamline operations and enhance resident support services.</li></ul>Experience/Education<ul><li>Proven management experience in social services or related fields with a focus on program development and supervision.</li><li>Extensive working knowledge of programs supporting individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including residents, families, community organizations, and government agencies.</li><li>Strong administrative skills with experience in budgeting, compliance monitoring, and program management.</li><li>Supervisory experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment while fostering a collaborative work culture.</li><li>Background in social work or related behavioral health fields is highly desirable.</li><li>Prior experience working within regulatory frameworks governing social services is preferred.
