Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee innovative social service programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and effective team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, community agencies, and healthcare providers to facilitate coordinated care.
- Oversee program compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and funding requirements.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize service delivery.
- Lead behavioral health initiatives by implementing evidence-based practices that promote positive outcomes for residents.
- Supervise case management activities, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and regularly reviewed.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, administrative tasks, and documentation to streamline operations and enhance resident support services.
Experience/Education
- Proven management experience in social services or related fields with a focus on program development and supervision.
- Extensive working knowledge of programs supporting individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including residents, families, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in budgeting, compliance monitoring, and program management.
- Supervisory experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment while fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Background in social work or related behavioral health fields is highly desirable.

- Graduate of an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree in social work or extensive equivalent experience in the field.
- Prior social work experience in geriatric field perferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Must be extremely organized and proactive with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Cofidentiality with sensitive company information.
Pay: $49,836.04 - $60,017.60 per year
