 Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Complete all general HVAC&nbsp;in-home&nbsp;service calls.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.&nbsp;
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimate, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Requirements:&nbsp;
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 2+ years of residential HVAC&nbsp;experience
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Develop proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Ability to work in a positive team environment
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Self-starter who is able to get the job done
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Develop proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Strong verbal and written communications
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Exceptional customer service
 
 
 </li>
