• Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. 
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimate, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
  

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Develop proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
• EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Self-starter who is able to get the job done
• Develop proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today

• Able to pass a background check, MVR and a drug test
