We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate&rsquo;s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.</li><li>Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.</li><li>Greets and directs visitors to the necessary associate.</li><li>Maintains visitor and package tracking logs and ensures all necessary NDAs are signed.</li><li>Receives, sorts and forwards incoming packages. (FedEx, UPS, etc.)</li><li>Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)</li><li>Miscellaneous administrative tasks for various departments.</li><li>Assists with other related clerical duties as assigned.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>Customer service attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Front desk: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
