Operation LeadRemote | Startup Environment | Full-TimeAbout the Role: We&rsquo;re looking for an Operation Lead who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. This role combines customer interaction, team coordination and process execution to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer management experience.What You&rsquo;ll Do:Customer Booking Management:<ul><li>Receive and process customer bookings across communication channels.</li><li>Schedule mechanic appointments accurately and on time.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.</li></ul>Mechanic Allocation &amp; Training<ul><li>Assign mechanics to service requests based on skills, availability and location.</li><li>Optimize allocation to minimize response times and maximize customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Invoice Processing:<ul><li>Generate and review invoices for completed services.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for accurate billing and payment processing.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>Recruit skilled mechanics to expand the network.</li><li>Manage interviews, background checks and onboarding.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.</li><li>Enthusiasm for startup culture and willingness to take initiative.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Work From Home.</li><li>Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Salary and benefits reviewed quarterly based on performance.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a dynamic startup.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Learning and development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tamil (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
