About the Role: We’re looking for an Operation Lead who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. This role combines customer interaction, team coordination and process execution to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer management experience.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Booking Management:

• Receive and process customer bookings across communication channels.
• Schedule mechanic appointments accurately and on time.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Mechanic Allocation & Training

• Assign mechanics to service requests based on skills, availability and location.
• Optimize allocation to minimize response times and maximize customer satisfaction.

Invoice Processing:

• Generate and review invoices for completed services.
• Coordinate with finance for accurate billing and payment processing.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Recruit skilled mechanics to expand the network.
• Manage interviews, background checks and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for startup culture and willingness to take initiative.
