- Proven experience in accounts and Labour Law compliance-related roles in different states of India.
- Should have Minimum 10-15 years of Experience. Males required.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) of different states of India.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLW
- Familiarity with labor law, including BOCW and ISMW regulations
- Prepare and present monthly compliance documentation to clients, ensuring 100% labor compliance Every Month for timely Billing.
- Ability to travel to various locations of India as required.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Should Have Knowledge of Tally.
- Should Make Salary Sheets.
- Manage Over Time of site team.
- Manage data and keep records Room Rents at all Sites. Ensuring their timely payments.
- Manage Data of all our Staff at site.
