About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance, Legal & Compliance Lead to take full ownership of our finance, compliance, and administrative functions across India & U.S. entities. This is a multi-hat role where you’ll drive day-to-day execution, compliance, reporting, and process excellence, while also collaborating with consultants for audits and specialized filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance operations: vendor payments, reimbursements, payroll coordination, invoice tracking, and financial documentation.
• Prepare & present MIS, monthly cash flow, budgets, and investor reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC, RBI & Income Tax in India; coordinate with consultants for U.S. filings (1120, 5471/5472, franchise & state tax).
• Oversee intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, due diligence, and audits.
• Maintain board minutes, resolutions, ESOP documentation, and statutory records.
• Implement internal controls, automation, and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• CA (3–7 years’ experience); CS qualification/exposure is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation & company law; U.S. compliance exposure preferred.
• Experience in MIS, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on approach with proven ability to balance execution & consultant management.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
